Due to the possibility of copyright infringement, the use of recording equipment is not permitted.
Students are responsible for all material distributed to them, any replacements of course material will incur a fee of £10.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel your enrolment less than 30 days prior to the start date, no monies will be refunded.
Any courses purchased and activated to begin online training automatically becomes non refundable as you have been granted access to the online training.
Access to the online training is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Your course fee includes access to your online learning materials for 12 months from your date of enrolment regardless of when you begin studying.
Access expires at the end of this period. If you wish to continue accessing the materials required to complete your course a £149 fee is payable for each additional 12 month period. Payment must be received before access is extended or restored. Extensions are optional and will not renew automatically.
An extension does not automatically extend any qualification completion deadlines or include additional practical training assessments or resits. Any such arrangements must be agreed separately with one of the team.
In the event of a student failing to attend the confirmed course or complete the course for any reason, No refund of fee’s or deposits will be made and there is no entitlement to a later date course.
Course fees, deposits and other payments are non-transferrable.
Paying for and/or attending does not fully guarantee or qualification, diploma or certificate of achievement. Award of achievement are gained by the successful fulfilment of the criteria set out by the awarding body. The decision of the Education Director is final.
All student certification is subject to verification and passed by VTCT.
